Replacing a system without losing the records
We’ve mirrored hundreds of gigabytes of records from existing platforms, checked the counts against independent sources, and kept the mirror in sync while the replacement was built alongside it.
Our healthcare migration work has also uncovered patient records missing from the old systems’ own reports.
Turning consultation audio into correspondence
We build workflows that turn recorded consultations into draft clinical notes and letters. Staff review the output before it is sent, with actions logged and attributable.

One example of our product engineering: a practice management platform connecting records, diaries, notes and billing across a web portal and native iOS app. Staff can work through the interface or ask an assistant to act, with approval for sensitive actions.

We started Syntelic because we kept watching good businesses rent software that almost fit, and pay for the gap every day in fees, in workarounds, and in data they couldn't take with them.
Between the four of us there is almost a century of IT across small business, SME and enterprise. We've bought these systems as CIOs, supplied them as vendors, and written them line by line. We decided the next ones we built would be systems our clients own.
The rest follows from one observation: the organisations with the most to gain from AI are often the ones least able to survive getting it wrong. A large enterprise can absorb a failed programme. A fifty-person firm can't.
So we put infrastructure before interfaces, and evidence before estimates. Most of the problems we are called in to fix trace back to a tool bought before anyone asked what it would stand on.
We hold no reseller agreements and no platform allegiances. There are no licences in our model to defend, so our advice on any technology stays the same whether or not you act on it. You keep your own data, your own credentials and your own way out.
And we build with client teams, not around them. A good engagement leaves the people who own the system able to run it without us, and glad to keep us on all the same.
